My number one priority as an agent is to fully understand your needs and desires and to find a way to meet those needs and desires in the best way possible. To achieve this, I listen carefully, I ensure that all your questions are answered as completely and correctly as possible, and I communicate frequently to ensure that you are comfortable during all phases of the real estate transaction process.
I am in my fifth year as a residential real estate specialist representing buyers and sellers of homes in Snohomish and King Counties. I have had a life-long interest in ecology and environmental sustainability. Before I entered the real estate business, I had extensive prior professional experience in safely handling hazardous building materials (such as asbestos, lead, and PCBs) and other environmental challenges in the built environment. I earned the National Association of Realtors (NAR) GREEN designation in the summer of 2016, and I see working with buyers and sellers who are interested in sustainable homes as a perfect way to bring my personal passion into my professional career.
I grew up in Olympia, Washington, and have been a resident of the Snohomish county/north King county area for over 15 years. My familiarity with the area from north Seattle up through Edmonds, Lynnwood, and Everett enables me to help you, as a buyer, to successfully find the perfect home for your needs, and for you, as a seller, to market your home most effectively.
I was originally educated and trained as an engineer at the U.S. Naval Academy, and I bring to real estate the same exacting standards of attention to detail and hard work as are found in both the engineering field and in military service. I will make sure that nothing gets missed in your real estate transaction and that all details are handled in a timely manner, which will help to ensure that the process is smooth and satisfying to you as my client.
